Now that you have done the work to get leads into the database, be sure to begin regular communication with the leads in the database. You want the communications to be short, regular, and obviously of high quality. The last point—quality—can be difficult to achieve.

There's a lot of good-quality email programs out there, and online marketing is a whole topic in and of itself. Don't be intimidated, though. Start out small and expand.
If you took our advice and purchased Salesforce.com, you can send emails from there, and depending on your contract, you can email up to 2000 per day, and 250 emails at a time. It's good for small, tailored blasts, which is where you want to start.
